Complete set of equipment for automatic discharge of basement sewage
The Shengong SGDW series fully automatic basement sewage discharge equipment is suitable for the discharge of domestic sewage in various types of building basements, such as subway stations, underground shopping malls, civil defense projects, and public construction projects. Shenyang Shengong Electric's other flagship products: Fire Inspection CabinetSmoke exhaust fan control box/fire fan control box, fire control cabinet, emergency start device for fire machinery.
Characteristics of the complete set of equipment for automatic discharge of basement sewage:
1. The equipment can be flushed by itself - no blockage, no need to clean pottery;
2. Wastewater is discharged in a sealed state - without producing odor or pollution;
3. Equipment can be used for other purposes without pollution - saving space;
4. The equipment is fully automatic and unmanned, and can protect itself and sound an alarm;
5. The equipment can be equipped with a remote monitoring system to implement remote control operations.
Application fields of complete set of equipment for automatic discharge of basement sewage:
1. Wastewater discharge from hotel basement bathrooms;
2. Wastewater discharge from commercial facilities such as underground shopping malls, restaurants, and bathhouses;
3. Wastewater discharge from subway stations, underground pedestrian crossings, etc;
4. Small and medium-sized unmanned sewage pumping stations.
Sewage discharge process:
The sewage containing impurities enters the sewage inlet of the equipment through the drainage pipeline, and then passes through the filtering chamber in the water tank to separate the impurities (the impurities are temporarily stored in the filtering chamber). The sewage without impurities flows into the water storage chamber. When the water storage chamber is filled, the control system automatically starts the water pump/submersible sewage pump and flushes the debris in the filter chamber (without cutting or crushing the debris). Wash the sewage and debris together through the sewage discharge outlet to the outdoor septic tank (commonly known as backwashing).
For equipment equipped with multiple water pumps, each time the equipment runs, the water pumps automatically switch and alternate flushing of debris in the corresponding filtering chamber. When a water pump is running, sewage can continuously flow into the equipment through other filtration chambers, regardless of whether the water pump is running or not.
